Anfrage im Juni, auf im Juli datierte Auskunft kam im Oktober. Text der Negativauskunft:
We have received your request via the Federal Criminal Police Office regarding access to any personal data relating to you stored within Europol on 08/07/2022.
In accordance with the procedure stipulated in Article 36 of Regulation 2022/9911 and Article 80 of Regulation 2018/17252, I would like to inform you that based on your request, checks of Europol's systems took place.
Following the legal obligation set in Article 80 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 to inform you whether or not operational personal data concerning you are processed by Europol, I would like to inform you that no data concerning you are processed at Europol.
